Current Available Positions:

Executive Director: PartnerTulsa is seeking a dynamic Executive Director to join the team. The Executive Director directs and manages all operations of the Tulsa Authority for Economic Opportunity (TAEO) and its companion organization the Tulsa Development Authority (TDA), with the goal of expanding economic opportunity for all Tulsans and carrying out the organization’s mission and vision around increasing shared prosperity and racial equity. Reporting to the TAEO Board of Trustees, the Executive Director is responsible for the strategic management of a diverse asset portfolio, focusing on leveraging and managing assets to support Tulsa’s economic development strategy and drive operational success. Additionally, the Executive Director leads core economic development functions on behalf of and in partnership with the City of Tulsa, including expanding access to affordable housing, fostering job creation, entrepreneurship and small businesses, supporting mixed-use redevelopment, and managing the public finance and incentive programs critical to executing these functions.
