• • Request for Qualifications for Facade Grant Architectural Services. PartnerTulsa invites consultants to submit qualifications for architectural and/or engineering services in support of a facade grant program in the North Peoria and 36^th Street North commercial arterial corridors within the city of Tulsa, Tulsa County.  The primary objective of this RFQ is to select a qualified consultant(s) to provide architectural and/or engineering services to assist facade grant applicants in preparation of project documents. This RFQ is due April 4, 2025. NEW:Responses to Questions have been added for this RFQ.

• • Request for Proposals for Just Home Project Evaluation. PartnerTulsa invites interested parties to submit proposals for an evaluation of the Just Home demonstration project. This initiative seeks to interrupt the cycle of individuals transitioning between incarceration and homelessness by providing housing and support services.
