Current RFP Opportunities for PartnerTulsa and TDA Projects
As PartnerTulsa and the Tulsa Development Authority seek to transform Tulsa’s landscape for equitable opportunities through the development and management of land and assets, we welcome the opportunity to work with developers and organizations in making a difference in Tulsa’s local neighborhoods.
Current RFP Opportunities are listed below. Please open the title link to access solicitation details and contact information.
PartnerTulsa invites firms to submit a letter of interest and statement of qualifications (LOI/SOQ) for environmental assessment services for community-wide brownfield assessment projects. Please direct comments, questions and any request for information to rfp@partnertulsa.org.
Additionally, PartnerTulsa, in collaboration with the City of Tulsa and the Common Good, is distributing a request for proposals (RFP) for a full service grocery operator to be located at the Common Good’s non-profit community center on 49th West Avenue in the Charles Page neighborhood of West Tulsa. The Common Good provides afterschool programming for area youth, workforce training for adults and senior adult fitness classes among other community offerings. This area of Tulsa is a food desert and a founding goal of the organization has been the establishment of a full service grocer to serve neighborhood residents and commuters in the Charles Page/412 corridor. For additional information, please contact Demauri Meyers, Senior Business Services Manager, at demauri@partnertulsa.org.
