Community Revitalization Projects

Strong Neighborhoods as the Foundation for Economic Opportunity

At PartnerTulsa, we recognize that increasing economic opportunity requires action across a variety of areas – whether through major revitalization efforts in key corridors, developing targeted solutions to support the preservation and development of affordable housing, or connecting Tulsans with quality employment opportunities.

Through comprehensive efforts like our work with the Peoria Mohawk Business park and the Peoria Mohawk TIF, or our efforts to redevelop the Historic Evans-Fintube and Historic Moton Hospital sites, we’re making the comprehensive investments necessary to reduce racial disparities and increase economic opportunity for Tulsa residents.
