Reducing Disparities, Growing Opportunity

While much of Tulsa has found economic growth in recent years, with job growth exceeding U.S. rates by 47%, not all of the city has experienced growth equally. PartnerTulsa is committed to reducing racial disparities and increasing economic mobility – We envision a future where race, nativity, gender, or zip code do not determine economic opportunity, and all people can maximize their potential to create and share in Tulsa’s economic prosperity. Through transparency and inclusive conversations with all stakeholders, we will build a strong, resilient economy that expands quality of life and opportunity for all Tulsans. We invite you to join us in a renewed vision for Tulsa’s future.

Oasis Fresh Market: Paving the Way Towards a Better Tulsa

North Tulsa’s food desert prompted the City to partner with the local community, non-profit organizations, and the local Community Development Finance Institution (CDFI). The neighborhood now has its own 16,425 sq. ft state-of-the-art grocery store on Peoria Avenue called Oasis Fresh Market.
