A Low Cost Site with Intermodal Access

Located on I-244, Crosstown Industrial Park offers excellent highway access and visibility. Tulsa International Airport, the BNSF mainline, and the Port of Catoosa can each be reached in under fifteen minutes, making the site an excellent intermodal location. Crosstown is affordable and subdividable with access to Tulsa’s Economic Development Infrastructure Fund for necessary public infrastructure improvements as well as a variety of state and federal incentive programs.

The Crosstown Industrial Park in northeast Tulsa offers a stable roster of advanced manufacturing tenants including Baldor, an AC and DC motor company and Roxtec, a manufacturer of flexible sealing solutions for cable and pipe penetrations. Crosstown Industrial Park features 0.5 mile of frontage on I-44 and ready access from two interchanges.
