Greenhill Industrial Park has unlimited potential for business growth. Several distribution centers have already found success at the industrial park. QuikTrip distribution center, one of the top 10 convenience store chains in the U.S., opened its 275,000 square foot facility in 2019 creating over 125 jobs. In 2020, Amazon opened a 2.5 million square-foot state-of-the-art fulfillment center on site, creating 1,500 jobs and growing.

In 2024, 400,000 sf of new spec high-ceiling warehouse space is planned to open in the park. This industrial park features both industrial medium and heavy zoning, accommodating a range of potential end users.
