Creating Economic Opportunity through Job Creation

Tulsa works to partner with businesses that will build a stronger, more equitable economy within the city. One such project is the Peoria-Mohawk Business Park — a joint effort between the City of Tulsa and the George Kaiser Family Foundation to bring manufacturing businesses employers with quality job opportunities to the 36th Street North Corridor.

Through Peoria Mohawk Tax Increment Finance (TIF) District, PartnerTulsa will support over $40 million of investments into the surrounding neighborhoods over the next 25 years through a variety of housing programs.
