PartnerTulsa works collaboratively with landlords to provide them with the support and resources they need to make Tulsa a thriving community with housing for all. One program that supports landlords is the Gold Star Landlord Program, which provides incentives and rewards for landlords and property managers who engage in the best rental practices.

Licensed landlords and property managers must participate in these free programs:

Licensed landlords and property managers will receive:

  • Advertising and promotion as one of the City of Tulsa’s best landlords and property managers
  • Assistance from PartnerTulsa staff with accessing resources and services that landlords need, including arranging direct referrals where possible.
  • Prioritized application processing to the City’s emergency rental and utility assistance program
  • Landlord incentives funded by the Affordable Housing Trust Fund
  • Referrals of tenants who have completed the Housing Solutions’ Housing Stability Certificate program, which teaches tenants skills to maintain housing stability

To participate in the Gold Star Landlord Program, complete the online application below. After we receive your application, we will send you the onboarding materials with instructions for requirement completion. Once in compliance with all requirements, Landlords will sign and return the program agreement to become an official Gold Star Landlord.
