Adjacent to US-169 and a mile from Tulsa International Airport, the North Mingo Industrial Park includes over 250 acres of developable property on land managed by the airport. The North Mingo Development Area has available a Tax Increment Finance (TIF) district to support development as well as ready access to the Airport, Tulsa Port, and I-44 transportation modes.

The Industrial Park features one mile of frontage on US-169 and SH-11. The site is located one mile from the Tulsa International Airport, five miles from the Tulsa Ports on SH-11, and three miles north of I-44 on US-169.
